EZ Document Safe 2.0 User License Agreement

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Read this License Agreement carefully before using this Software - EZ Document Safe 2.0 ("the Software"). BY USING THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, AND PROMPTLY RETURN IT OR DELETE ANY COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE IN YOUR POSSESSION.

LICENSE GRANT

Zodiacode Software ("ZODIACODE") grants you a non-exclusive license to test this software in Shareware version, and any associated media, printed materials and electronic documentation, as indicated herein.

You MAY:

(a) Install and use the Software.
(b) Save data files using the Software and use them as long as you wish;
(c) Redistribute the Software by any mean (CD-ROM, Cover Disc, Web site...) as long as you do not change the original package and distribute only the original install package;
(d) Purchasing a Registration Key for the Software entitles you to continue using the program without the 128M size limit. You must enter this Registration Key into the Software's license panel.

The Software is owned exclusively by ZODIACODE, and this license does not transfer any ownership of the Software to you.

RESTRICTIONS

You MAY NOT:
(a) Sell this Software package without permission from ZODIACODE;
(b) Cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, de-compilation or alteration of this Software;

(c) Remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software;
(d) Copy the documentation accompanying the software.

SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTION

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Software as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You may distribute the install form of the Software or the executable file of an installation. You are not allowed to sell the Software without permission. Press is authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk, CD-ROM without permission from ZODIACODE. Shareware Catalog Web sites are authorized to distribute it as a download file (hosted or linked to ZODIACODE site) without permission from ZODIACODE.

TERM

This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software, together with all copies thereof.

COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP

This Shareware and its source code are proprietary products of ZODIACODE and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Software is supplied "AS IS". ZODIACODE disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES

ZODIACODE assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software, even if ZODIACODE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
